LEGACY-Statue-FPO.png
A statue to a legacy of climate denial, cast in a metal that can’t survive it.

For nearly eight years, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis denied the climate crisis. Signing HB 1645, the legislation that removed references to climate change from state law. In one of America’s most climate-vulnerable states.

This statue refuses to let that legacy disappear. Cast in gallium, a metal that melts at 85.6°F. The one metal that can’t survive the rising temperatures Desantis spent years denying.

Now it’s time to face the consequences. Because the choices we make today define the legacy we leave behind.
